Brutal. Humbling. 3 x (15 x single leg banded leg curls s/s 10 x single leg back extensions s/s 15 x single leg banded glute bridges) | ||

Not easy but soon a game that trying insane trying and when you cannot move fast walk slow. Don’t forget your buddy protein. Always have the bars of fuel to eat not cause you want it but rather needed. I’m confident it has never failed me even at my age. | ||
