The rest between the second and third reps was also not 3 mins - it was more like 5-6 mins because I had something to do. Not great pace, but I wanted to try to hold it more even, especially without a warm up. | ||

It was a tough session, and I was having serious doubts half-way through about being able to keep up with the pace I set myself beforehand of 1:37, so I was pleased to have enough juice left in the tank to pick it up a bit on the last rep. I needed a lie-down after that. | ||

Even though the pace is quite a bit slower than I would like it, I'm pretty pleased with the SR and the consistency. | ||
