old age traveller Member 332, 7865 posts | I like double dumbbell as a true test of strength, the giant dumbbells made it super difficult to clean though. The best guys made it look easy Others struggled, surely thats how it should be. | ||

Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22048 posts | I appreciate the difficulty, but I guess I like to see clean lifts rather than borderline ones that are hard to judge. A pair of 50kg normal DBs would be piss easy for most Sugdeners, so it really highlights the difficulty of that style of DB. Cleaning from the floor is definitely preferable to trying to cheat curl them up. | ||
