Want to keep a note 5.12.20 Bag toss 20+24 10x2 (7 makes and 2 fails) Deadlift 220x2 240 4x2 Dumbbell press 82 2x2 87 2x2 91 4x2 Viking press facing away 5 mins to work to max 220x1 250xfail Had a couple minutes rest 250x1 (we think around 170kg in the hands, sounds in the ball park) Yoke 290 5x15m Sandbag carry 120 3x45m to 56 inches Stones Was a bit dead so Warmed up and did one working set 140x5 to 64 inches (PB, happy with that) Done. | ||

Done. Missed step ups but my lower back was getting a bit painful so was sensible | ||

Lower back still wasn't 100 percent picking anything off the floor so not ideal for events! | ||

Brilliant session. Took a day off for Xmas, will be doing just my squats today and then events tomorrow | ||

Dumbbell press 77 87 92 2x2 95x2 102x2 107x2 112x1 fail 2 (1kg PB) 117x fail 117xfail (very close, some people would have claimed it but it wasn't held long enough) Sandbag load to 54 inches 140 10x1 (felt way better than last time) Yoke 320 4x15m (a bit slow, will repeat next week) Axle deadlift 140 180 Straps 230 2x6 230x12 Done. | ||

Got through it but felt a bit sick afterwards) GHRs Bw 3x6 Pull ups Bw 3x10 Bench press 70 110 130 150x6 150x12 (rep PB, really happy with this as I thought I'd done 150x12 and it's actually only 10 reps so a nice PB and without a lift off and on a bench that's really high so my feet were on the foot rest not the floor. Very pleased) Bit of mobility for knees/quads Done. | ||
