There's something weird going on here.... platform is uneven and when I completed the set, the plates were a few inches from the collar on the RHS. Second set was like doing 232.5 x 6 | ||

Arranged in a cage with a bar perpendicular to the bench at the bottom, in such a manner that it was impossible for me to arch. These were basically flat backed and horrid on the shoulders. Gets much heavier towards lockout. I don't think it's a good machine for a powerlifter to use. | ||

These moved nicely Block Deadlift: (off of a bumper plate, about 3" thick) 110 kg x 3 160 kg x 3 *straps, belt* 200 kg x 2 220 kg x 2 240 kg x 6 250 kg x 6 - last rep slow at lockout but always going Happy with 250 x 6 from that height.... would like to do 250 x 4 from the floor in the neat future | ||

First rep of 185 I thought from the mirror I was high (depth was fine), so I went too deep on 2nd & 3rd rep. Deadlift: 110 kg x 4 160 kg x 2 *belt, straps* 210 kg x 1 232.5 kg x 1 Was meant to do 252.5 x 3, 262.5 x 2 but the heavy partial deadlifts 3 days ago still left me tired.
