High bar squat:

70 kg x 5
110 kg x 5
*belt*
140 kg x 3

162.5 kg x 6
162.5 kg x 6
162.5 kg x 6
162.5 kg x 6

last set was the best, but all were good

Deadlift:

110 kg x 5
160 kg x 2
*belt, straps*
182.5 kg x 1
202.5 kg x 1

222.5 kg x 6
222.5 kg x 6- big effort!

There's something weird going on here.... platform is uneven and when I completed the set, the plates were a few inches from the collar on the RHS. Second set was like doing 232.5 x 6

Bench Press:

110 kg x 5
110 kg x 5
110 kg x 5
110 kg x 5
110 kg x 5

The worst bench set up I ever saw! Arranged in a cage with a bar perpendicular to the bench at the bottom, in such a manner that it was impossible for me to arch. These were basically flat backed and horrid on the shoulders.

Strict Log:

80 kg x 5 (clean each rep)
80 kg x 5 (one clean)

Video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jTP4LJ43B4Q&feature=youtu.be

Strict Axle:

first rep from the floor

75 kg x 3
90 kg x 1 - fairly difficult but I think that's the most I've strict pressed on a bar from the floor
100 kg x 1 push press, still got it Grin

Happy to power clean the 100 axle
Cool

DB Shoulder Press:

37.5 kg x 8
37.5 kg x 8
37.5 kg x 8
37.5 kg x 8

Pullup:

+20 kg x 10 sets of 5

*belt*

140 kg x 8
140 kg x 8
140 kg x 8

Easy of course Happy

Deadlift:

used a non deadlift bar and different platform

195 kg x 8
195 kg x 8

no dramas

Incline DB Press:

45 kg x 13
45 kg x 13
45 kg x 12f

up 2 reps on last time.. look forward to using some heavier DBs soon

DB Shoulder Press:

30 kg x 12
30 kg x 10
30 kg x 10
30 kg x 10

short rests.. wanted 4 x 12, but failing a rep on inclines cost me here

Pullups:

100 reps: 10,10,10,10,10,9,9,8,8,8,7,3 (I think...)

Hammer Curls:

17.5 kg x 12/12/12

High bar Squat:

70 kg x 5
110 kg x 5
*belt*
140 kg x 3

162.5 kg x 10 - could have done 12 if I'd been so inclined

165 kg x 3
165 kg x 3
165 kg x 3
165 kg x 3
165 kg x 3

90 sec rest for the triples

Deadlift Frame:

Weight x 8
More weight x 8
More weight again x 8

About 15" bar height, but more like 18" by the time any resistance kicked in. Gets much heavier towards lockout. I don't think it's a good machine for a powerlifter to use.

First session back in the normal gym, hurrah!

Bench:

60 kg x 5
80 kg x 5
100 kg x 5

115 kg x 5
115 kg x 5
115 kg x 5
115 kg x 5
115 kg x 5

easy

DB Shoulder Press:

40 kg x 8
40 kg x 8
40 kg x 8
40 kg x 8
40 kg x 8

challenging but got them all

Pullup:

BW x 10
+10 kg DB x 8,8,8

Swapped the DB for a chain.. not sure what it weighs, but certainly more than 10 kg. 6,6,6,6

Skullcrushers:

EZ + 20 kg x 8/8/8

DB Lat Raises:

10 kg x 15/15/15 (90 sec rests)

Meant to squat yesterday but felt rubbish... fine today so full steam ahead

High bar squat:

70 kg x 5
110 kg x 5
*belt*
140 kg x 3

165 kg x 10
160 kg x 3 sets of 10 reps, 90 second rest

The 10 killed me cardio wise but the last rep went up nicely

Gym weight: 102.2kg

High bar Squat:

110 kg x 4
*belt*
140 kg x 3
165 kg x 3

185 kg x 3
192.5 kg x 2

First time squatting with a mirror in 6 weeks and it threw me off. First rep of 185 I thought from the mirror I was high (depth was fine), so I went too deep on 2nd & 3rd rep.

Deadlift:

110 kg x 4
160 kg x 2
*belt, straps*
210 kg x 1
232.5 kg x 1

Was meant to do 252.5 x 3, 262.5 x 2 but the heavy partial deadlifts 3 days ago still left me tired.

Gym Weight:

102.9kg - flat on last week
