Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22049 posts | My quads have become more solid and shapely after only a short time  Strongman/strength stuff is largely posterior dominant. I actually find front squats posterior dominant too, contrary to accepted wisdom. I'm enjoying doing some alternative exercises, specifically ones that put less stress on the spine/body. Also did some weighted handstand press-ups this session using some parallettes (which allow a full range of movement). Things I've learnt so far regarding the sissies... Knee wraps eradicate knee discomfort (for me anyway). You want to get the apparatus adjusted so that your lower legs are proper clamped stationary. | ||
