My X thought she could keep me on a string like a puppet. One day I told her now or never. She said she needed more time to think. I said times up. Later she tried writing notes on my call, but I moved on. If I would of wurmed back , she would of made me into trapped min I got lucky I guess.d!

My joints were achy brakey today, Billy.

Went to do pull ups and my elbows said "Not right now, mate".

So, I hopped on the treadmill.

5@5mph
5@6mph
30ish@7mph

Ran until I'd burnt 800 calories.

Can't remember the last time I exercised continously for 40+ minutes.

Warm Up.

Leg Extensions:
Started with a plate - did 6 reps.
Kept adding a plate until 70kg for 6 reps.
Then did a cluster set of 110kg for 25 reps.

Leg Press:

50kg x 8
100kg x 8
150kg x 8
250kg x 17

Lunges with a 15kg DB in each hand:

30 metres

Lying Leg Curls, with hands on pad - makes it very, VERY hard:

20kg x 10 x 3 sets

Back Extensions with a 5kg dumbbell under my chin - 4 count down, 1 count up, 2 count pause at top: 8 x 3 sets

(Ignites the hamstrings and lower back)

I am terrible at pull ups. Going through Xnumber 1 I went to the parks and did pull ups. I think I tried so hard that it messed up my elbows. I do not think pull ups are meant for all body types. TBH I think they are bad for older weightlifters. Although I do them and dips. Makes no sense. Give the pulling a couple days and hit a push day in between!
