Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22018 posts | I can't be arsed to stretch, but keep getting drip fed the message that stretching is very beneficial for us older guys. If you only did one stretch what would it be?

I am a bench-only guy Member 3, 10032 posts SQ 185, BP 175, DL 235595.0 kgs @ 140kgs UnEq Administrator | Six weeks, time served on remand. Alternatively, as a man who had crippling plantar fascitis for entirely too long, a calf stretch probably has to be the one, just edging out hip flexors.

Member 4923, 1795 posts | I would just do a forward fold/touch your toes type of thing to hit the lower back and hamstrings that so often need stretching.

If you only did one stretch what would it be? Frog rocks (for opening the hips up). Or if you have tight quads sit on your calves. Super easy (can read, watch telly etc). If you’re hunched over your could do t-spine rotations to open your thoracic up. Quick and easy. Cat-cow. Basically it depends where your issues are, but those 4 are a good starting point.
