There will be a 500m race sometime today , so you can compare efforts !

the main difference is waiting for the GO on screen .... its never going to be as quick as just starting in your own time , always feels like you have left it half a second too late

Is it different in real events? Go on the B of the bang

So when someone other than me organises the BOAR t shirts are we going to have our initials?

JLL

JSL

JLA

Does anyone know if MR BIM actually exists? IS he shy secretive or just busy? Is he old enough and bald enough to join BOAR?

Does his first name start with a J?

JSA who would this be?

I don't know BIM. He'd be welsome to join Team BOAR as long as he logs his training on here.

Your stroke rate is very high! No wonder you were blowing out of your arse at the end.

You would have been 3rd in the indoor champs.

What DF would you use next time?

Its just a case of giving it ones all! I think it was seeing a video of shagger shane doing his 500m 1.23.6 at 50+ which opened my eyes, at first I thought it was ridiculous then I had a go and guess what it works.

Probably around 150.

Fella that came 2nd he's only 6'8''.

Have just done some work in the shed suppersetted with bench

60x10x3
80x10
100x10
120x4x4
100x12
60x50
plenty of creaking joints during and after

Grin not logged in a while as I've stopped competing in powerlifting for now and there didn't seem much point. If there are a few of us rowing at the moment though I'll start again, it's always good to push each other and it will help my numbers for sure.

First name begins with a P

Also I can't imagine 50+ spm, even my 100m was only 38!

I am using the old C, The D is lovely and all but I think The C might get jealous if I spend time with the D

Not very often I have to do a 12hr day I don't like it, at least I don't have to do it day in day out for minimum wage. (poor farkas)

30mins erg

7277m 2.03.6 19 130

Working a stones throw from Cambridge rowing club tomorrow. (when I was a crusty I lived on a boat just across the river from there) (well when I say boat it was more a floating bit of wood with a tarpaulin tent on)

It's good that you are managing to keep ticking over with the 30 mins sessions despite being mega-busy.

Dedication and consistency can't be faulted.

This took me a while to get used to - it is indeed average stroke rate and the final number is average heart rate.
