Nice work Mr Boar.

lovely and even, I think you can loose a lot more dying than you can being a little cautious early on.

Boar's legendary thighs of steel surely dictate a minimum drag factor of 125.

Nice session Jon.

It’s all getting a bit too exciting waiting for this 2k attempt - when is it actually happening?

Sat 27th June , probably one of the first races up - so 10am

there will probably be a little interface online with all the boats racing + split times

For about 2 weeks around march i dosed up on creatine and i could feel the extra strength (for a 1km time trial) but this time around if i take that it will add about 2kg of water weight which will deffo put me over 75kg.

I am expecting around 7:15 , and will be chipping away at that sub 7 holy grail

I had some "leftover" creatine so decided why not. 3kg it has added to me.

I have done all 7 nowHappy

when I no longer have a dad bod ie belly n teets i should be a coulpl of kilos under 75 (unless i actually manage to build some muscle) and will have some wiggle room to DOSE up on PED's (creatine)

  • 10.53km Run
  • 1:02:03
  • 5:54/km pace

this is part of a marathon challenge i was asked to do - 4 guys do a quarter marathon , was tough on my legs but overall a good run in very windy conditions.

Nice 10k Jon. Can't have been much fun in that wind.

yea, I really wouldnt normally just go and do 10km got bit of leg pain, but ok , the wind was crappy !

think i will try and run a bit more as it should help , maybe parkruns when they kickoff again.

MTB riding I enjoy quite a lot.

Rowing I like the pain and the instant feedback of data to hit targets.

Running is a no.

My legs feel like they have been stuck in an industrial meat grinder ...so I probably shouldnt have done 10km , I might also rethink my running and add it to the NO list !!

  • 2km row
  • 2km ski
  • 500m ski - 1.52.2 (massive death in the last 100m)
  • 10 min row
  • 1km ski

all fairly easy , just loosening off , enjoyed the 500m ski though , might add in some 500m intervals on the ski erg.

Nice Morning session.

I also am in the no running field. It makes too much stuff move uncomfortably and pains the knees.

The chef bloke was the only likely candidate I could find, I did not look too hard though. Guess he must be rather tall and as a chef like you say fond of sauce.

That's a lot of work for an easy session.

Fair play for consistently getting the graft in.
