My little one loves her scooter! It gives me a stroke watching her because she is my little girl. I had a difficult time getting her to come in for dinner yesterday!
All kidding aside, I was thinking how dust collects on items and pollen. Got to researching and thinking of radio waves polo riding small particles and landed on what I was showing on the forum. Conspiracy theory was not my game plan. Only to think outside the box and analyze possibilities. That post runs on the same track and felt it was time to thinking allowed! Never will I do again! Blinders! My bad!
Anyway down to 222 and feeling solid and strength coming back. Should listen to you more often. Are you still a cut twig or have you eaten to much cheese cake or what was that crap that you eat all the time?

no Billy...I always tend to eat more junk in the winter.

however, I did panic eat at the start of house arrest. I can say now that I am the exact weight I was pre-house arrest. 13st.1. However, after 9 weeks hard training and clean eating for 7 weeks I hope I am in far better condition.

Today a bit out of sink but never the less an additional long stretch

Sahrabeth stretch and sore muscle training yoga 30 minutes.

also, have a site induction on Friday which is a good sign.

They are building a home next to me! Been excavated since this morn! Firing up son kegs logs circus dumbbells. Kind of intrusive while I train as the see what they probably have little or no knowledge lifting kegs. They drink kegs of beer they don’t lift kegs with Weight In them.

well...i would say as long as they are human they they can be persuaded to lift...

Baitem in. If their cool, teach them the basics. I have gotten a handful that still lift but the grasshopper under 200 was rolling thunder 175. Strong Danny fast and weird dude like the series monk he is!
