You are so right about vitamin D I have been using it for long time and now I have my son and wife using it and going out to the sun It's important we remain safe, but we need out when we can I have also made it my mission drop some body fat and focus on fitness Strength training will always be there if I fancy getting at it again These are strange times,but I will remain optimistic, while being very careful | ||

AKA the great reset Member 4056, 5206 posts | Just got off the phone to my mum My cousin is a nurse in a new borns icu She had coronavirus, but she has made full recovery She had a pretty bad 3 days with temperature and some shortness of breath. Her symptoms overall didn't completely clear up for about 10 days, but she was only proper ill for around 3-4 days She found short breaths helped her breathing, rather than trying to grasp too much air She has some mild underlying issues and she is very obese Though she had lost couple stone since new year, I would still say she is well in excess of 20 stone | ||

How many times can they say stay at home and wash your hands to serious questions like why havent we got enough ppe, how many have died in care homes, why are we so crap at testing and how will you lift restrictions and what business will be last to reopen? Just do an adverts at 5 so I can fast forward it and spare us the daily santcimonious patronising. | ||
