Done a few bits and pieces.

Tonight I'm going to use my exercise allowance and go for a bike ride. My bike light batteries are currently on charge.

I'm also going to use a dumbbell as an ab wheel.

About 90% sorted, thanks, although it feels like the last 10% could linger around stubbornly.

I'm currently doing zercher step-ups for lower body, which feel fine.

Thought I'd log this evening's session to give a flavour of my lockdown training...

Zercher step-ups (approx 16", alternating legs during the sets)...

58kg x 14

Plate front raises (seated, strict, paused at top)...

28.5kg x 2

Dumbbell "ab wheel" (kneeling)...

Went for a walk afterwards.

Bike ride. Did 12 neutral grip chins while out.

Finger extensor training.


Feeling quite aerobically fit at the moment, which could come in handy...

Thanks for enquiring about my whereabouts!

Due to a broken phone I'm currently unable to access Sugden from home. I've been using an antiquated Nokia phone and have been enjoying a very low tech existence! I would recommend it actually Happy

My training has included doing 5 press-ups with my workmate on my back. His bodyweight is similar to mine. I thought that was pretty reasonable for a non-bencher who hasn't been doing much pressing of any sort lately Happy

Good man Wayne, we had feared you might have succumbed to the red plague. Low tech is the way to go, as Ted Kaczynski would say, "we were better off years ago". Smart phones can be a real scourge. Are the co-worker press ups being performed in full PPE??

Thanks for that, and no, PPE isn't being used for the press-ups!

I've been watching Finding Bigfoot on DMax and have been really enjoying it. TravisFandango is a big fan of this show Happy

I strict pressed a 50kg dumbbell while training with workmates Happy

Right arm - solid
Left arm - struggly, but went up

Pleased with that Happy
