Grin Grin can you imagine what you would look like at 75kg !?! oh my , mrs.JT might not be impressed

do you do a low SR bacause of bad knees or does the low SR aggrivate them ?

eitherway - knee sleeves may help ?

Busy day did not get out chain yanking till 7pm

30m 6952 19spm 137Hr.

I'm loving the lack of Traffic but not the ability to buy materials with ease.

1 comp, I had a very bad day failed a deadlift above the knee!!!! something rarer than Savage sense.

Got a pb today, 260sqm of turf laid solo gruesome fun in the sun I had soil in my pants (and everywhere else)after

knackered and late when I dragged myself out to the shed for a row not really knowing what I would do nothing hard that was for sure.

10m warm up followed by 5x100 17.3 17.2 17.1 17 16.9 LP1.21 MSR 50

4 min warm down

It was tough, I usually have an old fella help me but due to the current crisis I can not break him out of the care home

just doing 4 lots of 2000 in one session is impressive and the 7.27 , lovely.


the thing i like about the c2 is that there is nowhere to hide , you can only do what you can do , no flukes

I like that thought, also not subjective to "dodgy matey reffing" or "fake plates" or soft lockouts etc etc

do you think the first 2 x 2000m is the perfect way for us more senior rowers to warm up ?

i'm off now for 4 days , so if i am feeling fruity, i may have a 4 x 2000 sesh

Not really the best warm up but probably more enjoyable, there is an article somewhere on the net which describes in detail the best warm up for 2k max efforts I used it once.

The warm up is worked out to paces times and splits for your projected finish time 20 minutes long if memory serves right.

I just did the session as too lazy to anything proper.

4 days off I would never go back! Enjoy
