the middle 2000m was more a 'lung opener' rather than an all out time trial

are you enjoying the lack of traffic on the rds , I went down the m40 to just outside London yesterday at rush hour and it was deserted , virtually no cars just vans and lorries!

yea, driving a wagon on the motorway is made worse by nobheads who only go 50mph .....so in the current lockdown there are almost no bellends (old people) so driving is a dream !!

I enjoyed todays session on the rower , its very nearly time for me to either grow a pair and do some proper training or carry on treading water

so, that dude does an average of 111000 a day ??

that cannot be healthy !

found it !

at the moment i dont think i am going much over 30

as far as the PB goes - i was in much better form that that time , but i waited around for about 5 hours for my race , nervous energy nearly killed me and was only inspired to give it a go as you were watching !

Yes sir !

  • 1000m warm up
  • 5000m on rower
  • 1000m cool down
  • 1km on treadmill

put some effort into getting a season best for 5km , it was a very nice row , tough but enjoyable

its the lack of power JT !! I also struggled to keep the SR as low as 26

I have linked my C2 logbook to my strava account (which creates its own image of the monitor) , I then upload that to an image host

http://imgbb.com/upload

and i link it on here.

I used to just take a photo of the monitor after my workout and upload that.

Perfect pacing on your 2k pb. My back has been somewhat "twangy" today perhaps it is the low rate big pulls.

the last 500m I did was with a really nice stroke with breathing and i am pretty sure i could do a 2k in 7:20 , with a proper warm up.

Would love to be tall ! just like them long armed chimps deadlifting wondering what all the fuss is about !!

sunday might be a nice day for torture !

I didnt really do the WOD's ...i was more a kettlebell enthusiast , if crossfit had caught my eye earlier on, i think i could have done pretty well
