I also have olympic dumbbells and a crap ez I got off marketplace facebook last Sunday and 2x5k plates from argos, 4x1.12 from amazon tuesday and made 2x 8.5k paint pots filled with stones. I also have tools such as a cement mixer that can be used for loading etc and a sledge hammer Moreover, I think I will survive  | ||

 what is everyone's fran time? Member 3986, 10443 posts SQ 340, BP 200, DL 400940.0 kgs @ 129kgs Eq | I'm lucky as I have a garage gym with some awesome kit in, I train in there 3 times a week usually then 4 times a week at a gym so it's been fine for me these last few weeks, I really like not having distractions and just being able to get on with everything, also I'm looking forward to getting some new kit when this is over and everyone sells the stuff they bought | ||
