torn hamstring

Trump will get another four years Member 126, 16707 posts SQ 160, BP 110, DL 225 495.0 kgs @ 75kgs UnEq	on top of everything I think I might have just patially torn my hamstring. obz not keen to go to docs right now. anyone done this? have any advice?

Trump will get another four years Member 126, 16707 posts SQ 160, BP 110, DL 225 495.0 kgs @ 75kgs UnEq	I can take a step on it now and ive ditched the crutches. still need to use my arms to pull it up into a full contraction but its less painful doing it. from what I can feel I think a bit of it has torn off the bone. left and right feel totally different - like theres a bit missing on the right. the bony bit where it should attach is the most painful part to touch also. im getting about ok though and it is about 10X less painful than my back when it goes so there is that.

Trump will get another four years Member 126, 16707 posts SQ 160, BP 110, DL 225 495.0 kgs @ 75kgs UnEq	comp got cancelled so I thought id ditch deads and do a 'safer' lift - squats lol. cant recall ever injuring myself squatting so this was a first. went for a 2x bw 160 which, going on the 1rm calculator should have been comfortable. however, I have been doing 6+ reps all year and havent been over 130 so that was probably the mistake. just hit my sticking point and went to drive through it when it popped.

Trump will get another four years Member 126, 16707 posts SQ 160, BP 110, DL 225 495.0 kgs @ 75kgs UnEq	managed some squats nearly to depth with just the bar today. calf is swollen to f**k and bruised. not sure why as that isnt where the injury is. blood drifting down the leg maybe? or maybe the hamstring and calf are connected.
