been a stressful week so training has took a back seat, but I had a good deadlift Monday. I trained log Friday which I felt strong but concentration levels was terrible, hit quickest 170 ever so something big is in there soon. So back on it today, onwards:

A)speed deadlift (beltless)
190 vs bands 6x3

B)stones run
- 150 x2 one motion warm ups -
120, 150, 170 x 3 runs
170x1 to low platform

Comments: although motivation has been low, I’ve had a strong week.

Trip down to WHS to see tom, drove down after work so didn’t get there till 2am and then I was up at 7 to get abit of food in before training. not the best prep but it is what it is.

185x2 (cleaned both reps)

Technically 185x2 is a PB but it was very scrappy, technique/timing/balance was all off. actually quite disappointed with this because I know I’m much better than that.
