Sandbag toss 13kg didn't get it over but was getting higher, not a great event for me. Axle clean and press 40 2x5 60 2x5 70x5 100 x3 110 x1 120 x1 felt great 115 2 singles, was meant to be doubles, but failed the second rep each time. Yoke 210 x20 250 x10 290 x10 320 x10,20 felt good. 360 fast pick ups with 3 steps, x4 felt good, reckon this could save me a second on a run. Frame 140 2x20m 200 x20m 240 x20 280 3x20 all between 11 and 12s felt great. Need to get stronger,to make the pick up quicker. | ||

Husafelt stone - new metal loadable one. 100kg x 10m, x40m 120 x40m 140 x40m fastest run felt good. Fitness is shocking tho. | ||

Going to do it beltless nexr week. 500kg tyre Lots of singles, need to work on the transition to hip as some were sloppy. Yoke 200 x30 x2 240 x30 280 x15 didnt feel great tbh Farmers 110 x18m ish 150 x5m got carried away trying to pick up quickly and didn't respect the weight enough to think about the grip. Didn't go up too bad tho. Monster dumbell 62 x2(plates fell out), 3 second set moved nice. | ||

Axle 1 clean then strict press 60 3x5 70 x5 90 2x1 (need to look back, think my best strict on an axle/bar is 85). Axle clean a press every rep 90 100 115 2x2 then a single, legs went to jelly on 3rd set (blamed it on the diet) Small slither of Aaron's birthday cake. Frame 55 x5 pick ups 135 2 x 5m drop and turns 215 x40m 255 x40m foot speed felt ok, pick ups could be better. 255 x20 (brought it back after Carl - no belt, sleeves, chalk etc) | ||
