I was due to come back on the 7th, and start work back on the 9th. Work is postponed until at least 17th, no date is given to start back yet.  Member 3740, 1578 posts | I finished up working in China before New Year, so before the news started breaking The guys that are still there (based in Shenzhen) are wearing masks whilst using public transport, no other advice issued via company HSE for now. Ferries have been suspended between mainland China & Hong Kong. Not much else to report. | ||

I think there is currently about 300+ infected in my province, but there was only 1 in my city the last that i had heard. We were just informed to wear masks whenever we went outside, maybe stay inside to be safe. Going off wechat it looks like most people are going about their normal business, can’t say for sure until i arrive back in to China as China does tend to censor news, so it could be a lot worse than reported. Thailand there are 19 cases, a lot of people are wearing masks but everybody is going about their day as normal. | ||
