Done. Then got I'll Tuesday, trained a small amount Thursday friday

Then events on Saturday which was alright but still not up to full tilt, today I trained and felt almost there but still not 100% although bench felt good and my shoulder doesn't hurt any more, I'm hoping that Wednesday I'll be on it and have a good session, not the best timing!

Have trained some more, nothing very heavy, deload week now, can't be arsed to log but will log consistently now, one more session then Brits, excited to compete again

Britain's Strongest Man 2020

Dont fancy a write up, didn't do very well, 9th place overall, log started off pretty badly and never got much better, didn't feel as good as I did a few weeks ago, not sure if it was nerves or being ill or both but I need to get stronger either way which shall start next Monday
