Just wrist curls (sometimes with cables) and behind the back curls.

Great journal, similar to me in terms of strength.

Saw your post about deadlift tips, my deadlift isn't great and I always struggle breaking plateaus.

I usually do one big set so 200 for 5 and that's it but I have found doing a bit more volume to be more effective at times. Like 180 for 3 sets of 5. Probably squatting everyday dosnt help me either.

I think, without wanting to make excuses, my age is coming into play. Deadlift used to be my best and favourite lift. Although I only ever managed 240, that was nearly 10 years ago and 15kg extra body weight. I'm not sure I can recover from too much volume with squats and deadlifts these days. Was tinkering with the idea of doing multiple singles at 90+% rather than triples.
