Drinking Badger flyer ginger infused beer ad about to eat a slow cooked giant lamb curry with cream and cashew and almond powder that i just ground up. coming for tea??? | ||

Member 4600, 8166 posts SQ 240, BP 162.5, DL 255657.5 kgs @ 90.5kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 06.04.2020 @ 13:57 PM by dannyboy73 well..Ive been sticking to a timetable which involves stretching 4 days at 10 for half and hour..and odd stretches inbetween and 4 days weights at 1pm spilt into 2 routines mon/thurs and tues/ fri: mixed martial arts 4 days at 4 mon thurs: chin ups wide 5 sets close 3 sets rows dumbbell with paint pots attached (about 40k) 4 sets sissy squats 3 sets gobblett squats or lunges 3 sets cement mixer shrugs 5 sets tue/fri dips 6 sets cement mixer upright row 5 sets sing arm slr 4 sets single arm flr 3 sets tri kickbacks 4 sets very strict dumbbell curls 4 sets I am also doing lots of core work abs and lower back within my stretches actually...looking and feeling better than gym training. its all very bizzare | ||
