Never had great hamstring flexibility.

There was a point when I was about a match length distance from doing the box spits. But normal spits - NO WAY!!!!

Good luck with your squats man.
I mean, once you get anywhere close to 200kg, when long levered, I feel you have to be consistent to keep it. This is only my opinion, I don't know if it's sientifik.

I spent a long time working my back to some child like basic strength and now am using squat shoes, whereas I always squatted bare foot. Would like to get back to that.

Nice to scan through your journal. So many end up dying of procrastination?
Nice also, to see your vids on IG.

Cheers chief.

I found that just squatting with the same bar, same position, straight weight, etc. just ignored my weaknesses.

Mixing things up seems to be more beneficial in terms of giving every part of the puzzle a going over.

Yes, grip stuff is cool Happy

Earlier I did some one-handed pick-ups with my 57kg Inch. This grip tool has been sitting in my garage largely unused in recent years. I think I'm going to start lifting it almost daily and trying to improve upon my ability to do so, so that it becomes a toy in my hand Happy

I also pressed it, which was less enjoyable and less elegant. Amid some failures, it did go up on each side. Looking forward to Saturday Happy

Ah - I have started doing these over the last few days: twice a day

Fingers crossed, it is getting a little less painful.

I'm glad you liked it Billy.

It was a very funny series. Apparently, it cost quite a lot of money to make everything look so cheap - and then not that many people watched, ergo only one series.
