Travel time to the gym sometimes takes sets away. Kid fever nurse tonight I read 15 minute workout. I been collecting different size/weight stones that I seldom train with. It seem I never found one that was cool enough. That may be a good home workout.

Wanted to do car deadlifts.

Warmed up with Farmers Handle pick-ups: everything felt heavy from 35kg onwards.

Got to the car deadlift - and it took three goes to lift it once. FELT AWFUL!!!

Unhappy

Did squats instead.

Grin

Paused Cambered Bar Box Squats:

90kg + Light Bands - 2 x 8 sets.

DOH Axle Deadlifts:

165kg - PR. Lord knows where that came from?

Went up so quickly, I tried 175kg: Broke the floor - but nothing after that.

Grin Grin

Axle Rows

Weighted Pull-ups

Weighted Hangs

This video was a very good watch. Making it real Dan. 3 Injuries I seen lately(Saturday)with a boulder/ natural stone?? Watching it and trying it live while the people were not dropping the stone off their body correctly. The crowd coaxing them on they seemed to go too far beyond the point of no return carrying it in the hot sun. The 3rd injured his friend screamed at him and he went to Taz and the stone just popped off was crazy and eye awakening. When I picked up the heavyweight stone and stood up with it all I could think about was I better get my feet out of the way when this succa drops. The rock then got up in my face and started singing..

Any natural stone is exponentially difficult to lift.

In fact all stones are an accident waiting to happen!!!

One thing to add is when you are carrying and blacking out from exhaustion or what I saw anger to summons strength, it may not be a good idea to go koo koo clock!

SSB Squats up to 140kg

Deadlifts up to 180kg

Hammer Strength Leg Press: up to 8 plates for 8 reps.

This felt f**king awful on my back. You start at the bottom on this machine. It's nails.

GHRs against a mini band: 8 x 3 sets

Biggest hamstring pump ever.

Reverse Hypers: 15 x 3 sets

Leg Extensions s/s Lying Leg Curls:

8 x 3 sets of each

Lunges.

What is an SSB squat?

How do you see yourself now, in training, compared to when you first started?
Did you believe you'd get as strong as you are now?

Did you ever hear this one! Quite different

Can you put your hands flat on the ground standing? Socks and shoes are a chore to put on for me. You being so tall seems to me impossible.

Safet Squat Bar Squat.

It's weird. I used to train all the time. 4/5 days a week.

I looked better, but wasn't any stronger for ages.

Now, 2/3 days is about right. I could probably do another day without ruining myself, as I am doing conjugate mumbo jumbo. I. E. not doing the same thing over and over for high rep sets.

I'd like to squat 180 by the end of the year. Maybe I will. Maybe I won't. But I'll try.
