Sadly not, although the morning wood situation has slightly improved.

One who uses phrases like ‘Had done 10 reps in training but,’ ‘Would have done a lot better but,’ ‘Could have won all the events, but’ and ‘It was all going well in training until a couple of weeks out when an injury was picked up that was hard to exactly pinpoint’ and the like?

I'm on the comeback from illness and currently have a front squat max of 155kg.

Bodyweight : 84.5kg.

Due to my upcoming session at The Farm I've very recently dusted off my 57kg Inch DB. Been struggling, and very much so on the left side.

Just done...

L - failed
L x 1
L x 1

I need to make sure I position it correctly and really get my legs into it. I've lost a lot of brute shoulder strength with the weight loss.

Prior to this I did some one-handed pick-ups with it.

Thanks Dan. I've been doing a load of forearm work recently. My current favourite exercise is weighted chins with Fat Gripz. The injury in my left arm has settled down to a minimal level, which is good news.

One side caves in first. Be gentle. Older people take longer.

The left side of my body does seem more injury prone than the right.

The DB does sit better on my left shoulder, but there's slightly less strength on that side.
