I have an issue with my neck and shoulder - and it means placing my hands on the bar is easier.

Also, with my long levers, it seems to give me less grief with the tendinitis in my knees.

Although, my left quad is pretty stiff, so I might have been about another rep away from a tear.

That buffalo Bar is also cool. Smart move is always to stop before tearing something. At least someone here is wise. Blah blah blah. Drink beer lift weights. Get stupid it will hurt less when you crank the unreachable crank.

Fancy a gym session soon?

Yes Happy

Let's arrange something in Sept/Oct? Where?

I'm not in the best shape at the moment. I've been ill twice over the past few weeks.

Excellent. About the gym night out - not the illness.

I don't mind - you choose a town this time.

I would very much enjoy you joining us for a training session Billy!

I'm very slightly taller than the bagel guy, and considerably calmer.

Dan is the extremely tall.

I'm quite private about my personal life when on the internet, but yes there is a Mrs C.

We'd likely lift, then drink a protein shake, eat a satsuma, then hop into the isolation tanks and repair our CNS, with some floating.

Going to drag queen bingo with the wifey and a bunch of her girlfriends. I am concerned now! Anyway I get all kinds of things but nowhere to store it all. It is unique and heavy and will never break buttt smash toes storing it. If a plate lands on your toe thread? How many toes were never reported lost?
