Training Saturday: Log press: 67.5kg x 3 77.5kg x 1 87.5kg x 1 97.5kg x 1 102.5 x 1 107.5 x 1 112.5 x 1 115kg fail was oop north this weekend supporting a girl im training in her first comp at kaos gym so I had a log session there. was pleased to find they have a jt original! felt lovely to press. despite driving 3 1/2hrs up and training on no food I managed to bump up the weight another 2.5. did a tired clean on the 115 which made the press extra hard so I missed it. comp was a great craic and was good catching up with luke. my protege smashed it too and got 3rd place! | ||
