And pretty much succeeded in that respect.

Viking Press: 140kg x 1, 100kg x 12

Weighted Pullups @ 25kg

10 second isometric hold pullups x 3

Fat Gripz dumbbell rows: 70kg x 5

Machine Flyes: 10 x 3 sets

Wanted to deadlift. But slept funny and my back was pretty out of whack.

So did some DE squats.

Reverse Hypers

Paused SSB Box Squats against doubled mini bands:

80kg x 2 x 10 sets

GHRs: 10 x 3 sets

Reverse Hypers: 15 x 3 sets

Leg Extensions: 10 x 5 sets

Calf Raises: up to a working sets of 5

Single leg calf raises up to working sets of 5

Someone once told me that to get stronger you got to learn/conditioning to sleep on your back arms to sides. I think a lot of dead arms out there like a hose veins/arteries squashed for long periods at a time??? What the fug do I know tho, but I been trying it whenever the misses isn’t taking up the lions share of our spot. I once had a phone call...

I had the eldest in bed with me the night before - and slept on one side for probably six hours.

I got 5 daughters. They got many friends. We always(not my idea) take their friends on vacation,slumber parties etc.. My blood circulation in my arms from sleeping on the corner of. The 8 year old my wifey and me on the end. I usually get a heel smacking me in my cornea. Wake up fall out of bed with dead arms and legs...Unhappy
