most definatley not an idiot Member 2731, 3579 posts SQ 260, BP 170, DL 300730.0 kgs @ 87kgs Eq | Prep,weight cut etc etc all went as well as could be expected.....Wasn’t looking forward to the static events as my raw strength isn’t quite there Deadlift for reps 270kg I got 3 reps with a nose bleed on the last rep....Rep PB and around mid pack Log for reps 127kg slater log Was supposed to be 120kg but hey,it’s strongman and really should be prepared for anything..I had a right mare and zero repped it how ever the clean was easy?? I only needed 2 reps to give me 3rd place! Yoke 340kg x20m Banker! Was smashing this in training and was confident of a good place....Dropped the f**ker twice and still managed 2nd place.... Forward hold 20kg ish Banker number 2!!!! But not to be...only got 38s which was still decent and got me around 5th... Sack loading 2 x110kg sacks over 48” yoke Love any type of loading,running,carries...Needed a good run just to draw some decent points in and finish as high as poss now a third place was beyond me...had 33s which was around 4th I think.. Over all 6th...Better than my 8th in 2014 so I’m happy enough....the log is guna f**king haunt me !! | ||
