If you did your qualifying total at 93kg you cannot use it to lift in a lighter weightclass you can go up (if your total is high enough)
but not down

Ahh. Of course. Assuming the comp I did in April actually qualifies me? I think it should. Gives me a days rest before comp then. Even better. I'll probably be about 84kgs! 😂

Trained with a mate who did 145 for 10. Same guy who I trained with a few months back. He did 162.5 for 5. I did 7. It really helps to train with someone else!
