Just have the ability (if that is the right word) to just keep going. Just plough straight on. A body remains at rest until acting on by an external force, that force was the need to earn money. They were probably relaxing before the heat of the day. I wish them well but really, fur coats in this weather ? * I seriously doubt that this is the correct collective noun for rabbits but it does seem suitable. I will consult the Guinness book of answers later and take its advice. I wonder if hares have the same collective noun as rabbits. I reckon they should as I can never tell the buggers apart. I am assuming that the beasties I saw this morning were rabbits and not hares, but I would not put money on it. | ||

Reps are not a good idea tonight, so - Deadlift, very raw, slippers on 60 x 5 60 x 5 60 x 5 100 x 1 110 x 1 120 x 1 130 x 1 140 x 1 150 x 1 160 x 1 170 x 1 180 x 1 190 x 1 200 x 1 210 x 1 220 x 1 Not the best 220 in the world but not too bad at all, I would give it seven out of ten and a hundred times better than the one I did two weeks ago. Happy enough with this and not in any way inclined to go any higher but very much inclined to unload the bar and go home. So I did. Probably one of the better decisions of the year so far. Did I mention the heat ? It's hot. So hot that taking my wet t shirt off at the end turned into a mini exercise of its own. | ||
