The older we get the slower the progress...even back to where we were in the past.(Although I cant get there because its a green filed that has since turned autumnal)

be careful not to hold yourself to account to much.

Do you ever go on a hike? I cannot run or jog, so I walk in Pittsburgh. Lots of places to sit when the knees begin to ache.

Any progress will definitely be slow, and in the last few years that’s mostly been because I’ve been extremely lazy and disinterested in any kind of consistent training. But I do need to give it one final push, for the sake of my own mental and physical health. And coming back on here to log it might just provide that extra impetus. Cheers, by the way.

Hey Billy. I don’t hike much, but I’m generally pretty active. I don’t sit still for too long and always eat healthily. Only one knee ever disintegrated, years ago, but that’s ok now. Just have to make sure nothing else goes belly up if I’m gonna get back training properly.
