No sir! I was benching. Hand is f Ed up and I can't place too much pressure on it. Can't lock out, but got to keep it moving at my age or lose it fast.

Saturday and it was cool my buddy Justin wanted to get back into strongman. Here what happened.
Squats hard to get my swollthan hand on the bar on the left side.
It did loose up after awhile

One arm bar thick weight welded chunks of steel 3" bar weight maybe 80
Left arm only sets of 5 to 7 reps x 6 sets

I think I found what I been looking for. I mean the workout was very enjoyable and painfully different. I first just picked up my indoor stone that I use as a secondary security lock in case my wolfdog decides to run through the gate. The vet gave him doggy chill drugs so he’s kinda just staring in my pupils. The goat bahs when he needs to be supervised. Rained off and on so I opened the garage doors and tried to
Play up and down with a 174 pound ball made of concrete Sacrete 5000 to be exact. I did this til I got hungry and ate. Cranked some tunes played slap butt billy attack with my goat. We have so much fun. He’s at least 100 pounds with a huge goatee.
Bench- hand screaming pain but got much better but now it hurts
Did a ton of bench
Ate fish
Standing Plate Press 100
Awesome crap elbow sleeves and wrist wraps and gloves out in non rain times low with some Enigma Sadness Part 1,2and3
Wrist hurt trying to get it on head top.
Lots of reps. Carrying on I did snuck of stuff passed out woke up now and here is my report. The journey....

Today it was super humid with bugs everywhere landing on me and blood sucking as I presses and did some light stones. Used the axle in the rack. Was surprised at I am down to weight and hand screaming whilst the bar rest on the thumb lump. Oh I forgot to tell me about the time a art knife was stabbed deep in it. I forgot about that and noticed when looking at it from all perspectives. Between the both. Steady as the wind blows as little as it did, forfeiting was a way to stop the game, but just like the workout, what was an end was recorded a stalemate by the opponent such as many others lose when being a hot dog.

Today the old lady next door came out when I dropped the log and sneered and I sneered back. She acts like asthole and I don't give afudge. Got to 205 sets of 2 x6 basically s great log workout with tons of volume.

When I awaken from a deep sleep, it feels like my wrist was bend all night. The meat part in my thumb is killing me and wrist range is most difficult. Still I will break it into submission.

Stones was all I had in me this rainy Saturday afternoon. Cleaned up and reset the Steel of Stone so cool toy finally up to my capabilities. Alternated different diameter 174 stone. Really had to get used to pulling on the scary wrist but after awhile the pain lessened. Long breaks sets of 2-5 reps at a loud pounding

Justin called we squatted!
Hand /wrist cannot take hold without pain especially when dropping deep. Switched to the overpriced buffalo bar because no hands just not ready to weird me out today but I did them before and thought they were cool but outside sweating in the sun may be risky. Woolah Mr. Buffalo Bar still hurt but doable seems easier which made it fun as squats can get.
Technically difficulty trying to get in the niche took time but Buffy the vampire slayer is hot I say.
Up to 400 deep wraps x 5 sets of slow reps of 1
Lots of sets overall lots.
Had to run. Left gym open to my my son and Justin to train. Wrist killing me as I wait to give people a ride and finally got to post.
