old age traveller Member 332, 7865 posts | English bench today at Flitwick lifted classic and equipped BW 92.75 classic -155 155 165 did not get start command on first attempt due to foot lift so swapped from flats to olly. equipped 190 205.5BR 210BR Pretty pleased with all attempts onward now to British classic 3 lift in October. | ||

Had a cortisone shot in right shoulder about a year ago which has made a massive difference , going docs next week to try and get the left one done as mobility is poor and stuff like getting dressed can be problematic/painful. Getting in position for back squats is awful! | ||
