Back to the start but all minus 10 kgs so we should finish this at 130, then hopefully a second attempt should take us a bit closer to where I want to be. Wrist fine and all easy peasy tonight.

Hyper obese Pete Member 70, 17870 posts SQ 322.5, BP 205, DL 300827.5 kgs @ 133kgs Eq | Friday, 21st June, start 16:00 Longest day and damned warm too. Tbar row 20 x 10 30 x 10 40 x 10 50 x 10 60 x 10 70 x 10 80 x 10 80 x 10 80 x 10 70 x 10 60 x 10 Pulldown to chest, very narrow grip 50 x 8 55 x 8 60 x 8 65 x 8 70 x 8 70 x 8 70 x 8 All went rather well tonight, Ju-jitsu guy finished his squat workout with a rather brutal top set and realized that he has done thirteen sets, he didn't want to end on that so he wanted a dropdown. I offered him 100 x 20 or 105 x 15 or 110 x 10, he took the 100 but ventured that he probably not manage all twenty. This is not like him, so I listened, he offered ten. I told him that I would watch him like a hawk and the moment his form started to suffer I would call it to an end right there. He agreed. His first twenty four were bob on but he did start to lose it at twenty five so as promised I called it. I am much in awe of that man. He'll feel it tomorrow though. I have decided to have a day's gambling tomorrow, all six races from the last day of Royal Ascot are on TV, so I will buy a racing post tomorrow and have a fun day not moving very much at all. In another first I have seen a wild hedgehog over by my garage this evening. First sighting of one of those beasties in a very long time.

The cats I feed cover the perimeter from rodents but won't mess with the racoons or possum. The goat is my siren. The dog is the dawg. No critters pass him. Isn't a hedgehog a groundhog?

I often see squirrels and the odd rabbit or hare (I can never tell the two apart) and the very occasional fox. We have rather at lost of grassland at work too and it is common to see the above there as well. Though again, the fox would be rare, and squirrels and rabbits (or hares) very common. It is a pleasant thing to see gentle wildlife first thing in a morning

Hyper obese Pete Member 70, 17870 posts SQ 322.5, BP 205, DL 300827.5 kgs @ 133kgs Eq | I went out this morning to walk a few errands and was gone quite some time, I ran into an old friend and treated him to some tea and toast and had a good old chat with the fellow. I really am turning into my father who could never leave the house without getting waylaid, often more than once, along the way. I couldn't be happier about this fact.

Hyper obese Pete Member 70, 17870 posts SQ 322.5, BP 205, DL 300827.5 kgs @ 133kgs Eq | Post Edited: 23.06.2019 @ 14:43 PM by Fatpete Well Royal Ascot proved to me a disaster with only one decent priced winner on the day and I completely managed to never even consider it. Swung by the car wash as is the Sunday norm and as they started the jet wash the handle stayed in his hand and the barrel shot off and smashed the rear tali light. They were very apologetic and have offered to pay but it still means I have to schlep off to Rochdale sometime to sort it. All in all not the best of weekends
