End of an era. Member 4646, 1964 posts | Deadlift happening...Bishop won that event. Overall most reps currently also. Licis won dead lift in his group and basically through.. 1 rep on log will do it. Tom Stoltman should be 2nd as well...plus great at stones. | ||

End of an era. Member 4646, 1964 posts | Shaw won dead lift in his group with 11 reps, supposedly Novikov did 12 reps but got two disallowed. Comes down to dumbbell...Novikov has a 140kg dumbbell and Shaw i think did 130kg x3 at Arnolds. So both can do crazy numbers. | ||

End of an era. Member 4646, 1964 posts | Last man standing stones is obviously s**t...but the reasoning is so the leaders don't just put up 1 stone and looks like s**t TV. Instead they do it in the previous event(log or dumbbell)....also looks like s**t TV. | ||
