2 pounds under and debating on whether to grab a qualifer which if you add the points and I got the necklace to prove it but the last 2 times you played I can't add and for the fact that in order to win i got to do it perfect and who can strap up the fastest contest,I have no excuse but am I in this year or should I keep healing and not pressure myself got to powerlifting nats in November. I must pray for an answer.

Gave a couple 3 stones away to my buddies. One was in the Arnold I think. Mike Donovan powerlifting but what do I know? I do not follow anyone. I hang out with a goat and a wolfdog mostly. Sugden is the only thing that I hold close to me. I feel hidden far away but without the golden ticket.

Said it was going to pour but can see the goats head in back of the barn and the wolf in his den. Hot out here and humid. Went into this today skeptical but ended okay. Kne buckel at 325 so I switched to wraps and yoke

The sandbag had dog hair all over it, so I dug it out, cleaned it off and made my back sore. Who would ever think that a bag of sand would be such a fu* gged up thing. I now leave it out in front of me for the rest of the summer. Sandy you drank too much liquids from the constant rain. I hope you forgive me. I promise to stay with you this summer.

Hand wrist swollen and can’t even squeeze the clutch on the Harley. Sticking my hand in a bucket of ice water. Taking some meds for swelling and try to do something. Gym is 24/7 and 30 steps away. Haven’t slept 2 days. You know what though, still I am going to recover soon.had this before but not as bad. Bounce with a sewed reattach ring finger first digit section. Bled drip drip. Tried to dead the axle had 300 pounds on it no go yet????

Wrist looks a bit deformed but swelling I cannot pivot full range so it was hard to lockout press without pain increased to the point of my mind. Iced it down used Lee Haney glove but made it mentally worse. Took it off

100 x 5 to 7 reps just to stay alive at this point x 10 sets long breaks and ice water bucket dip between sets. What a trip. Tomorrow will get better. I got some friends of knowledge on the subject matter going to bring me back to health and train me the right way. Now I sit in a chair in pain but I should be back on track hopefully within a week!
