When i go to work for a club or pub what ever im usally coverd by their insurance im guessing, unless i work for a company supplying the door staff in which case they pay it? I'd f**k him off! If he's "employing" you then HE should be providing the public liability insurance and employers liability insurance. Sounds like he's wanting to cream money off the top whilst making you incur the costs. Door jobs are normally 10 a penny (or they used to be) so I'd just go elsewhere. | ||

Wages are bad enough for the doors without extra being skimmed off. It's very easy to find work so I wouldn't worry about telling this guy to piss off | ||
