I then back it down reglue and ramp it up again. Walking with the new Apple Watch competing with the wifey for who walks more has become a knee sweller. Been hot here. Took the wifey on a trek with the cycle. She is a thrill seeker and I showed her some power. Something about the power of a good ride gets them happy jack! Billy, you sly old dawg!!!!

Nice bike the ladies say when solo also. Now I’m gonna get some Gargoyles iridium rrrr shades...

Knee and quad have been pretty sore, despite rolling, rehab and whatnot. Damned squats. Warm up. Rolling. Reverse Hypers. Deadlift up to 185kg. SSB Box Squats: Did these in flats, widened my stance, pushed back more. Everything to alleviate knee pain. 100kg x 3 x 5 sets: 5 second pause per rep. Did these: https://www.instagram.com/p/BxgVw4egccr/?igshid=1ocm3jj3h6uj6 100kg x 15 x 3 sets Bodyweight Lunges: 30 steps x 3 sets
