Each set was pretty much on the limit on the limit, but the change of angle every time allowed me to keep increasing the weight. | ||

Nothing to write home about, but I have done a 90kg x 3 log last session, followed by 75kg x 5. I have also done 140kg x 8 on squat (I've switched back to low bar). Will start putting my full sessions back on now. | ||
