Member 3986, 10443 posts SQ 340, BP 200, DL 400940.0 kgs @ 129kgs Eq | Trained today and ended up straining a couple of muscles, made me have a big think about whether I want to carry on with strongman, there's been other factors not just that one, I was thinking that I didn't but after talking to a friend tonight I think I might just have a little break doing what I fancy for a couple of months and see how I feel as I still want to compete. Had close to 10 years following programmes pretty strictly and I think I need some time just having fun with training and fitness, I put so much pressure on myself that it's been making it a bit less enjoyable for me these last few months so I'll have a little break and reset my mind | ||
