Feel real whooped for some reason. Sore listless but I will do this thinking I’m being soft. Age is getting to me I hope not. Strength is there and I been turning into a robot with diet and discipline. Walking dog constantly. Heat is starting because of my billy goats horns and aggressive supposedly. I cut my finger with a hatchet neighbor thought probably goat did it when I was wrestling his stubbornness and his horn reopens the cut which bled bad to a yuppie.

The last 2-3 days has been a very busy time. A complaint against the goat forced me to clean out the barn. Just got to scrap a bunch of good machines. If any of you guys lived here I’d give them to my friends but sell the rest at scrap going rate. George is coming up with his truck. My yard looks bizarre to those who walk by it now with all the metal. Got som more fence and now Billy is hidden in the woods.16 hours of non stop only to drink or bathroom just to make everything disappear. Now my turn to reciprocate a complaint or a friendly neighbor request as they choked on their apple trying to keep fake poker face. To be honest I should of did it a week ago but wifey said no. I just rather do right but not forget.

For the last couple more days, I have been tired and cramps. My back muscles are so tight and my energy slim to none. I decided to take 5 and regrouping been walking a lot. Got apple series 3 watch where I have a pedometer And I can talk to my arm now. Weight is great and Been doing the infrared beds. Ship is cracking as I stretch. I made a good move. Today and other days I been doing my sit ups stuff. Today there were 4 dudes in my yard looking at my chain. I scared them by sneaking up and at first angry why they were on my property and they said there was a sewer down there. And the suck up and camera stuff. They ended up cool dudes so one waned to try strongman because of my big chain and toys. I then bent some nails and 130 pound circus log Press farmers atlas stone. One example. They all tried and failed. They were shocked and liked the unusual. That’s all folks. BTW
Surprisingly my forearm did not pop out of the elbow joint showing off. Unbelievable???

Went through some daughter drama about a prom dress. Everyone happy and me broke joke again.
Been injured and just broken. Things for a long time has been as if I looked at Medusa. It may not of gone away but it seems like I am breaking the mold. We will see. Today I threw kegs over the goats cage. He loves to climb Billy does. Since I was not lifting, I walked and walked and stretched and stretched. drank lots of water.
I also rolled a 350 pound stone up a hilly bumpy yard in 80 degree weather and C and-pressed a 170 pound keg threw in on a hay bale repeat and some yoke runs. Weight down to comp time ahead of schedule.

Lately, I have been having strain issues. I think it started due to twisting when under big plate training. Now that I let myself chill sort of, it seems like the injured areas are being revealed as my muscles finally relax. For me though bing in my late 50’s, if I take a break, I get weak and have trouble returning to national competition specs. When I get there say farmers 260 per hand knee kicks out causing the sway twist wholistic trying to correct it in motion is a favorite for the torso. Been mining around by walking 15,000 steps average per day. I feel this is a good thing that I went light just to move it around. Again I try tomorrow moving to70%

Today I was happy that I got into it lifting just a little bit. Lost my weight with the new watch phone. Very cool but knee swollen from steps. A contest with my wifey has become insanely not fun. Got her 2 days ahead by 8000 but swelling has got her ahead today. Hopefully my cushion was enough. I knew this would happen by the 3rd day. Just waiting til midnight to see our numbers.

Sit ups and 8 miles of steps.
Weight low but of course strength somewhat weak.
Look good though body wise.
Got garage doors repaired 400 bucks new springs needed.
Going now to slowly acclimate to lower body weight and work on technique. Perhaps a contour in Tennessee may be on the horizon.

Once I take off from lifting 5 day or more, it becomes tough for me to return to mission especially deads
Warm up after I get a couple sets things chill a bit until.....

Tonight, I waited til I got motivated. I am coming out of the rut. Seems like if I take time off I just don’t want to come back to witness the damage/demise of strength. Well eminent is finally warming up so here was something that took me all day to start.
