The gym has 2 square boards which look like swimming floats...I use them! they are about 50mm deep 2 inches for single so added together 100mm about 4 inches. about the size of a large book they balance on the chest and upper stomach area nicely while benching and are grippy so no slippage.
They do not have a lot of give so are as good as wooded boards imo...

Back feels tweaked here lately, but no crash yet. This one makes no sense. Ache when I’m not training like I’m injured but still the reps are going up. No aches the morning after Danny? I hope not my friend.
