During this 9 week phase I've added around 1kg of Bodyweight, pushed volume in the "bodybuilding" exercises to add some size, and drilled variations such as higher rep snatch work and work off blocks to work my weaknesses. I've made some really solid progress and looking forward to dialing the specificity up and push for the Brittish Champs. | ||
