ThAnk you Danny. The keg was manufactured to be plate loadable. It could be be but it seems different. Then again liquid,sand,gravel feels different when lifting it. I think the trick is speed.

Today I awoke early 4:30 am and hung out with my billy goat and dog. Such a cold but peacful milorning. Did a lot of work in the gym setting up the weights.

I see Eric angle on the weekend wrestling coaching. He picked up a kid by the neck and slammed him. Oh my! Wrestled in college same time he did. When I was young in the finals of a tournament my dad came out from the stands and slapped me in the head. I was losing 5-0 and won7-5. I wonder yes I wonder...

Watching the old man hanging on to powerlifting at his age, how can i say it was rough? If he lives 16 more years he will be 100. A century. I am prepping him for his comp in Cleveland next month. So far the superglue is holding his bones together. Knock on wood. Livestream

I agree.

We have some 70 plus in out=r gym...guess what? They still do deads and shall I just say...look better than most 30 year olds.

Went to my buddy Toms house this morning to get a killer day in. He is a fast workout partner that knows how to push my buttons to rep more. Not happy at the time, but it’s a win win.
Early morning and brittle aches and weakness is today as I was beast mode.
Dead’s with a stiff bar with poorly knurled like LA Fitness so you can’t pull ship.

Went to George’s home to squat. Back was weak from dead’s which made squatting harder to come up from the bottom.
