My standard was to lose 25 pounds in a matter of weeks. My overhead post seememed like a lie. I would get in there mostly log Press then clean it and the traditional 85-90% no lock out Set it down same result last ditch efforirt poooop show the cut the throat sign. Got burn then turned. Sometimes it goes up but spongebob legs. Wahhhh | ||
