Managed to stop my hips from rising too quick, not pulled any decent weight for some time so happy enough with them. Incline 20x20 60x5 80x3 100x1 115x1 125x1xf - low touch and a very bad line screwed me :/ 125x2 - loads better 125x2 125x2 Right delt is twinging on the decent which is throwing my line off Good session, a touch tight from Mondays squats but nothing too bad. | ||

Decent enough session, slightly fatigued from Monday I think. | ||
