Pretty much a library deadlift for every rep Pete! Exhausting.

Reasonably tough. Managed to stop my hips from rising too quick, not pulled any decent weight for some time so happy enough with them.

Got weighed for the first time in a few weeks today and I'm a few lbs lighter than I thought, could explain why bench was hard work.

Had a fourth set penciled in but a big lower back pump said this was enough. First reps on each set were hard, second faster and easier.
