I need to go off my own pace that is right. Oh the Deadlift was a 2 rep PB from 8 weeks earlier so my plan worked, I didn't grind out Deadlift reps in training because it usually doesn't help my deadlift. I wasn't strong enough to do 6 reps it wasn't a specific weakness. Of course I've only seen videos but you have always looked tight overhead to me, if you say your not fair enough. I stand by you would do better to be more specific e.g hold you lockouts for a down, train on a wooden log if its wooden log, train reps on deadlift if its reps etc I wasn't saying you didn't do well or improve from the training or it wasn't a good plan, you obviously know what your doing and for sure improved, were talking small little things here. | ||

In what world is adding 3 reps to a 320 axle deadlift a "little thing"? Plenty of guys who've made it to UKs couldn't even pull that as a 3rm. | ||

I chose the Deadlift plan for a specific reason and it worked really well mate | ||

Session 2 2 hours of parkour, indoor gym Did loads of stuff just trying to get a feel after years of jot doing any properly, many many backflips in to the foam pit and a couple on the floor with a spot. So much fun though | ||
