I live less than an hour from this guys place. He is a very cool family man and very kind. I Got this one last Saturday. This completes the circus dumbell collection. Metal loadable H stone next round.i am taking a bunch of metal to scrapyard cash in and get more equipment. When I’m done I will sell my stuff to a gym and bodybuild my wrinkles arms....

Bands are pricey - and people, who don't pay for them, seem to treat them with contempt.

Rolling thunder against bands sounds like my cup of tea.

That Circus Dumbell is an absolute BEAUTY.

Been looking after the boys.

Washing my hands so often - nappie changes, cooking, washing, etc. has royally f**ked my hands.

They're cracked about 20 times on each hand.

That could be a pain! At one point in my life I had two infant daughters and a wifey working. Cracked hands! I get it totally. What is you fix?anything helping in healing?

Try and avoid liquid soap. It eats my hands alive.

Band Assisted Squat Jumps: 5 x 3 sets

Cambered Bar Squats: 75kg + 50kg of chain 2 x 8 sets

DOH Axle Deadlift: despite my bleeding hands, I came within a smidgen of locking out 170kg.

That would have been a 7.5kg PR.

I WAS FOOKING GUTTED!!!!!!

You should have used your quads more Grin

Sometimes failed lifts can be impressive. This falls into that category. Strong cracked hands sir Cool

The quads are the mainstay of the deadlift. Along with the pecs.

At present, due to my lack of deadlifts, 170kg is probably a 90% deadlift.

If I get better at deadlifts, this will probably be much easier.

I in the process of having a welder make me a Bavarian Deadlift apparatus. Do you have one st your gym? Do you think they would be a good strength builder as a after deadlift thing with say 8-10 rep range? I most enjoy your thoughts?

I reckon so.

The ROM on that will be brutal.

Not got one, but I could build my own with a handle and loading pin.

Banded Barbell Squat Jumps: 2 x 10 sets

Cambered Axle Squats: 85kg + 50kg of chain x 2 x 10 sets

Knee felt a bit off on the last two sets.

Leg Extensions: knee said no mas on these.

Leg Curls - ascending weight and reps.

Banded Glute Bridges: 10 x 3 sets

McGill Crunches: 30 x 2 sets

Bird Dogs: 30 x 2 sets

Suitcase DB Carries: two sets
